PFAFF 5489-H ..748/... CSN46 (Lap Seam)
This machine is equipped with parallel-working differential feed (-739/01) and puller feed (-748/26) and is used for economic and distortion-free sewing of lefthand lap-felled seams (yoke seam and ... seam).
The top-driven puller mechanism works directly behind the presser foot and guarantees optimum feeding properties, even at the maximum sewing speed. The puller is available with a smooth surface (plastic-coated) or splined surface (steel). Puller roller and presser foot have one presser bar each and can be separately adjusted in pressure.
This is of great advantage in sewing difficult materials. The Pfaff 5489-H-814/01-704/02-739/01-748/26-58/05-910/.. is also available with Clinton cutter. The machine is available in a two- or three-needle version. When ordering, please indicate required needle gauge.
