PFAFF 3590 Vario -6/... with Zigzag Stitch

The predestined area of use is on products such as, for example, tactical vests or outdoor goods with a number of bartacks to be sewn. In the case of tactical vests, for example, there could be up to 60 – 80 bartacks (in y-direction) within the sewing area (sewing frame for the 3590-6/8540: 850 x 400 mm).
The new PFAFF solution creates the bartacks through the movement of the needle bar and not through the motion of the entire frame. This significantly increases the performance (max. 3000 stitches/min.) and is gentler on both the machine and the material
