September 23-26, 2015 - "CISMA 2015"
At the CISMA in Shanghai PFAFF INDUSTRIAL will exhibit an impressive array of products that is similar to the one shown at this year’s Texprocess in Frankfurt. Simply put into figures, this means that PFAFF Industrial will present more than 40 industrial solutions for sewing and welding to process textile materials and leather to visitors from all over Asia.
The newly developed tape-sealing machine PFAFF 8303i for the programmable sealing of seams will debut in Asia. The new PFAFF 8303i stands for „simple and innovative“. The process-reliability and repeatability of the 8303i has been greatly enhanced. The use of a differential feed offers customers top seaming quality. All relevant process parameters may be programed and saved via touchscreen. The new PFAFF 8303i allows for up to 20 % more productivity versus other tape-sealing machines. This innovation underscores PFAFF INDUSTRIAL’S innovation leadership in welding.
Without a doubt, German manufacturer PFAFF INDUSTRIAL is the market leader with its automatic pocket setter PFAFF 3588. Over the past decades thousands of machines have been installed at renowned companies around the world. Areas of application of the machine include jeans, shirts, blouses, workwear and similar items.
At the CISMA PFAFF INDUSTRIAL will show the PFAFF 3588 Cargo – a high-tech sewing unit for the efficient setting of non-prefolded cargo- and bellows pockets on work wear, sportswear and military garments for the first time in Asia. Excellent productivity due to a steady maximum sewing speed (4,000 s.p.m.) without any speed reduction required for corners or bartacks and fully overlapping processing makes the machine unique in market.
In the jeans-segment which is to be greatly expanded as part of the group’s strategy, 8 jeans solutions will be exhibited. Among others, the new PFAFF 3840, a powerful and highly flexible machine to attach belt loops will be shown. When it comes to hemming jeans pockets, quality and output are equally important. The new PFAFF 3538 ideally meets this requirement. The new PFAFF 3819 automat to attach waistbands is characterized by its high performance and accuracy. The new machine design ensures efficient work while requiring little training
PFAFF Industrial designed the automat PFAFF 3511 to simultaneously run stitch trim small items. The machine concept stands for high performance (due to a fully overlapping principle of operation) and maximum flexibility (no set-up required when switching to another size or another item). Due to the use of templates the 3511 guarantees stable seam quality. At the CISMA the machine will be shown as jeans-version to sew jeans-flaps.
PFAFF INDUSTRIAL will show visitors from the leather and shoe industry mechanical and electronic high-speed post-bed seamers (new design) and large-area solutions for complex decorative stitching and assembly seams. The PFAFF 3590 Vario sewing unit for example is able to stitch several assembly seams on an upper in just one operation.
