When processing their materials, the internationally leading producer of GORE-TEX® - laminates for outdoor and professional clothes – works with the hot-air welding machine PFAFF 8330-060 which is being produced at PFAFF Industriesysteme und Maschinen AG. For the implementation of the project this solution was used to develop a machine which precisely meets the requirements of processing the laminates. As a conclusion of the project PFAFF Industrial signed a cooperation treaty with W.L. Gore which includes that the laminates of W.L. Gore (GORE-TEX®, CROSSTECH®, GORE®, CHEMPAK® products or GORE® medicine materials) are now also being processed with the PFAFF 8330-060.

This PFAFF-product is a machine which meets the high qualitiy demands of the company W.L. Gore. The treaty is currently limited to production facilities in Europe. However, there is the possibility of a world-wide expansion in the future.
