Kaiserslautern, 16th September 2008. We herewith would like to inform you that according to the decision of the local court Kaiserslautern a preliminary insolvency administrator was announced effective 15th September 2008.
The insolvency administrator is instructed to continue the business operations. The production is running. PFAFF will continuously fulfil all sales contracts. The negotiations with potential investors will be restarted immediately.
