PFAFF Industrial of America was founded in the 50s. The subsidiary is handling sales and service throughout 11 countries in North America, Central America and the Caribbean Basin. These include the USA, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Belize, Panama, Nicaragua, Jamaica, Haiti and the Dominican Republic.

At present, PFAFF Industrial of America has 14 employees. In addition to the sale of machines and spare parts, the subsidiary offers individual training programs and has a network of 150 authorised dealers at its disposal. When the subsidiary moved to its new location in 2001, it established a showroom of around 100 m2 with approximately 20 machines on display.
